AN unmarried baker from Tralee, Co Kerry, was remanded in custody yesterday, on charges of murdering Ms Margaret O'Sullivan (40) at McCowens Lane in the town on August 18th.
Judge Humphrey Kelleher, in the Tralee District Court, remanded Mr John O'Mahony (35) until January 15th.
The body of the separated mother of three was found in her flat by a son on August 19th.
