LONDON - Major safety and welfare organisations yesterday expressed concern over a teddy bear which is heated in a microwave before being given to children. Teddy Warmheart contains a pouch of a special chemical compound which retains heat for four hours, acting as a kind of hot water bottle. It is feared youngsters might think of doing the same thing to a pet.
