A number of men were being questioned by police at Castlerea Holding Centre in Belfast last night in relation to the beating of two men at Constance Street last Sunday. One man remains in critical condition in hospital.
The arrests followed a series of house searches early yesterday in the east of the city. A quantity of ammunition was recovered in the operation.
