A man believed to be in his twenties has been taken to hospital suffering from gunshot wounds to the leg following an attack in the Garvaghy Road area of Portadown.
The incident occured shortly before 9 p.m. this evening.
In a separate incident a man was shot in the leg at Prince Andrew Gardens off Donegall Road in Belfast.
The RUC say the gun-attack took place at around 7.30 p.m. but no further details have been released.
