A 38-year-old man was shot a number of times at a house in a Co Antrim village last night. The RUC said the man suffered a number of gunshot wounds at a house on Burn Road, near Doagh.
Initial reports indicated the victim was hit when a number of shots were fired through the window or door of his home. Police said the motive was not known, nor was the victim's condition.
