A Dublin man who was extradited from Britain pleaded guilty yesterday to the manslaughter of a man in Clondalkin in 1992

A Dublin man who was extradited from Britain pleaded guilty yesterday to the manslaughter of a man in Clondalkin in 1992. In the Central Criminal Court before Mr Justice Carney, Kenneth Wilson (29), Michael Collins Park, Clondalkin, who was originally charged with the murder of Mr Patrick Craig (51), pleaded guilty to unlawfully causing serious injury to Mr Craig, thereby causing his death. He was held in custody for sentencing on FEBRUARY 19th. On Monday, Mr Justice Carney issued a bench warrant when Wilson failed to appear in court for trial. Sgt Anthony McHugh said he had signed on at Clondalkin Garda station on Friday under the terms of his bail but did not turn up on Saturday.

In March 1997, Wilson was extradited from Britain on a warrant relating to the killing and firearms offences.
