Mr Derek Wade (18), Rialto, Dublin, has appeared in Kilmainham District Court charged with the murder of Mr William Cahill at James's Street flats on June 8th. Solicitor Mr Terence Hanahoe said Mr Wade could not raise the High Court bail of £3,000 and was still in custody. Judge Terence Finn remanded him to February 26th.
