A man in his late 20s has died in a house fire in Limerick city.
The fire broke out at a house at Lyradane Avenue, Woodview Park at around 3.00am.
The body of the man, who is understood to be Polish, body remains at the scene, which has been preserved for technical examination.
The cause if the fire is thought to be accidental.
Gardaí from Mayorstone Garda Station are investigating.
