The young man killed on Tuesday night at a railway crossing near Oranmore, Co Galway, was named yesterday as Mr Murray Huban, of Derrydonnell, Oranmore.

Gardai say the accident occurred at 7.40 p.m. at a crossing known locally as O'Sull ivan's Crossing, Mountain West, Oranmore, close to the man's home. The 20-year-old was killed when he, along with two friends, attempted to cross the railway line.
