A man who used a crowbar to break a neighbour's jaw and arm has been jailed for 31/2 years by Dublin Circuit Criminal Court. Judge Michael Moriarty suspended the final, 15 months of the term imposed" on Anthony Whelan (28), of, Greenfort Close, Clondalkin, Dublin. He admitted assaulting Mr William Brennan (47), occasioning him actual bodily harm, on February 16th, 1994.
