A man has been remanded in custody for sentence for kidnapping a motorist in Dublin city centre last year. James Joseph Meaney (22), of Whitworth Road, Drumcondra, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to falsely imprisoning Mr Michael Grant between June 30th and July 1st, 1997.
