A man who smashed up a house in a drink-fuelled attack was arrested after trying to escape in a pony and trap, Dublin Circuit Criminal Court has heard.
Glen O’Connor (21), Cherry Orchard Avenue, Ballyfermot, pleaded guilty to criminal damage and burglary on August 10th, 2009.
His accomplice, Gavin Carroll (19), Carna Road, Ballyfermot, pleaded guilty to burglary. Both men will be sentenced later.
