A man charged with dangerous driving causing the death of a photographer, Mr Austin Finn, was sent forward yesterday for trial to the next sittings of the Circuit Criminal Court. Mr Kieron Nolan (33), of Ballinclea Heights, Killiney, Co Dublin, was charged with committing the offence at Merrion Road, Dublin, on May 21st.
