A 49-year-old Clondalkin man has appeared in Kilmainham District Court on a series of charges of attacking young girls. He faces 18 charges of indecent and sexual assault of three girls, aged between 10 and 12 years, in Ballymun, Ballyfermot and Clondalkin during 1975.
Garda Edward McBride charged him with raping and sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl in Clondalkin on January 4th. Judge Gillian Hussey remanded him in custody to May 12th.
