A man who stored LSD with an estimated worth of £34,000 has been jailed for five years by Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

A man who stored LSD with an estimated worth of £34,000 has been jailed for five years by Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.

Don O'Leary (34) of Plunkett Road, Ballyphehane, Cork, admitted having 33oz of the drug hidden in a wardrobe in his bedroom on February 11th, 1995. He had been promised £2,000 to keep it for a dealer.

Judge Michael Moriarty agreed to review the case on December 13th next and if, reports were favourable he would consider a conditional release.
