Manchester United expect to complete the signing of Kleberson within the next 24 hours after the Brazilian international was granted a work permit this evening.
United manager Alex Ferguson attended the hearing which now gives the club the go-ahead to finalise details of the player's move from Atletico Paranaense.
The deal, which is believed to be costing United £6 million, could be concluded as early as tomorrow.
