A 55-year-old Kilkenny man facing charges of rape and assault has been returned for trial to the Central Criminal Court.
He is accused of raping a woman twice at a house in Kilkenny city on unknown dates between September 21st, 1980 and September 20th, 1981, and with indecently assaulting the same woman on three separate dates between September 1980 and March 1984.
