Irishman wins British TV award

An Irishman has won British Television's Royal Society of Crafts and Design Award for Lighting for 2001-2002.

An Irishman has won British Television's Royal Society of Crafts and Design Award for Lighting for 2001-2002.

Mr Tom Kinnane, lighting director of London Weekend Television, from Thurles, Co Tipperary, was presented with his award at the Hilton Hotel in Park Lane by British actor Richard Wilson. Mr Kinnane received his award for his work on the TV show, CD:UK Music Show.
