Irish Nationwide Building Society sold €750 million of Government-guaranteed bonds due in September 2010, according to a banker involved in the transaction.
The 3.5 per cent notes were priced to yield 200 basis points more than the benchmark mid-swap rate, the banker said. Citigroup, DZ Bank AG and Goldman Sachs Group managed the sale.
