Former Bank of Ireland governor Laurence Crowley is to be awarded with an honorary CBE by the British ambassador Julian King at a ceremony in Dublin today. The chairman of Gaisce is to be recognised for his contribution to North-South relations.
Mr Crowley is also a founding executive chairman of the UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School and a co-founder of the North South Round Table Group.
