Group criticises orphanages report

SHANGHAI - An Anglican foundation has criticised a human rights report which accused many Chinese orphanages of having a policy of deliberately letting children die. "This report makes sweeping judgments about the general situation in China, employing highly charged rhetoric but failing to substantiate many claims," the Amity Foundation said.
