A man in his 50s has been taken to hospital following a gas explosion at an apartment complex in Dublin this afternoon.
The explosion happened shortly after 3pm scene at the Pearse House apartments on Pearse Street in the city centre.
The man was taken to St James’s Hospital where he is currently being treated for burns.
