Gardai have arrested and brought back to court a fourth man who was released as a result of District Court confusion in the case concerning the seizure of £3 million worth of cannabis in Dublin.

Mr Michael Maguire (40), of Buckingham Street, Dublin, was arrested in Drogheda yesterday. He was remanded in custody by Dublin District Court. Gardai are still seeking a fifth man, Mr Eugene Kelly (30), of Dorset Street, Dublin, who has not been seen since he was released by the District Court. Three other men, Mr Maurice O'Riordan (22), of Pineview Road, Tallaght; Mr Patrick Ralph (33), of Village Crescent, Celbridge, and Mr Christopher Burke (26), of Fettercairn, Tallaght, have remained in contact with gardai. They are free on personal bail of £5,000 each.
