FL Partners have acquired Irish bedding maufacturer Kayfoam Woolfson, it was announced today.
This is the first acquisition by FL Partners a Dublin-based investment firm.
The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Kayfoam Woolfson currently employees 270 people in Ireland and operates from Bluebell in Dublin and Kilcullen, Co Kildare. The company manufactures the King Koil, Kaymed and Kaymedical beds.
The acquisition deal will see the appointment of Conor Sheehan as chief executive of Kayfoam Woolfson.
