A psychotherapist who forged prescriptions to feed his dependence on anti-depressants was fined £500 at Galway District Court yesterday. Stephen Millard from Dublin, who had been living in Coilleach, Spiddal, Co Galway, admitted forging 14 prescriptions last January and February until chemists around the county became suspicious and reported him to the Garda.
