Moscow - The EU and the US were deciding yesterday whether to recall their ambassadors to Belarus after four of them were refused entry to their official residential compound outside Minsk. The Foreign Office in London, speaking on behalf of the British presidency of the EU, said the EU ambassadors would "probably" be recalled.
