More than 100 new jobs are to be created in Enniskillen by the frozen food company Rye Valley Foods. A total of £17 million is being invested by the firm and by another company, C&M Cold Stores, it was announced yesterday. The Industrial Development Board-backed project is designed to strengthen the firm's position in the European market.
