A plan to ensure that the rights of people with disability are universally applied across all aspects of Irish life will be unveiled tomorrow by the National Disability Authority (NDA). The authority says that over 350,000 people in this country have a disability.

"People of all ages, from all walks of life, in some way experience difficulties in their daily life," it says, "difficulties that are often unnecessarily exacerbated by the society in which we live." The Strategic Plan will be launched in The Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8 at 2 p.m. by Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, John O'Donoghue TD.
