Washington - The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has warned heavy drinkers to be very careful about taking painkillers such as aspirin or acetaminophen.
People who regularly have three or more drinks a day should check with their doctors before taking any over-the-counter painkiller, the FDA said. It will require all such drugs to carry a label warning of that.
