THERE should be resignations and at least one sacking in the Foyle Fishery Commission because of its court conviction of religious discrimination in employment, Mr Paddy McGowan (FE) said.

Renewing his demand for a debate on the controversy, Mr McGowan said the Government, as joint manager of the fishery, had been a party to this discrimination.

The resignation of two commissioners should be sought as well as the sacking of the commission manager, he said.
