Woman held as three men found stabbed in Belfast

Suspect (20) held on suspicion of attempted murder after incident in York Park area

A 20-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after three men were found stabbed in Belfast early on Saturday.

A PSNI spokesman said police officers responding to reports of a disturbance in the York Park area found a man in his 20s inside a house with stab wounds to his head at about 12.45am.

Two other men with knife injuries were found close by near retail premises on the Shore Road. Both are also aged in their 20s.

Police said one man underwent surger for abdominal injuries and the other suffered a head injury and stab wounds to his neck.


All three men are in a stable condition in hospital.

A 20-year-old woman was subsequently arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.

Police called for anyone with information to contact them.
