Mexico City - Archbishop Norberto Rivera of Mexico City said condoms should carry warning labels similar to those on alcohol and cigarette packages.
"What a shame that the same warning cannot be put on condoms, which the government is actively promoting knowing that they carry real risks for human life," he was quoted as saying in yesterday's Reforma newspaper.
