Kampala - The head of Uganda's army , Maj Gen Jeje Odongo, has confirmed his troops clashed with the Rwandan army in the Democratic Republic of Congo in violation of a ceasefire but insisted the Rwandans had provoked the hostilities.
He said the clash took place near Kisangani when Rwandans advanced from the Lubuto Junction to Bangoka Airport.
