A man has been charged under the Child Trafficking and Pornography Act, 1998, garda∅ have confirmed. The man, who is understood to be a psychiatric nurse, was charged following a search of a house in south Dublin on October 31st.
A large quantity of pornographic material was removed from the house. The man appeared before Kilkenny District Court this week. He has been remanded in custody until next Tuesday.
