A British High Court judge ruled today that the licence modification allowing ships from
the so-called US ghost fleet to be broken up in Britain "cannot stand".

The decision was a victory for Friends of the Earth, which is battling to stop the "toxic" ships being dismantled by Able UK on Teesside.
