Chicago - One of 20 men charged with fraudulently obtaining licences to transport hazardous materials by truck in the US has been arrested in Chicago after stepping off a flight from Ireland. The FBI said Fadhil Al-Khaledy (32) of Detroit, was arrested at O'Hare International Airport when he arrived on board a Royal Jordanian Airlines flight from Shannon on Thursday night. The FBI said, however, that the 20 were not tied to the September 11th attacks.

A spokesman for Royal Jordanian in Shannon said the arrested man's name had not appeared on the passenger list for the Chicago flight.
