Gardaí are searching for a group of men following an armed raid at an Ulster Bank in Cootehill, Co Cavan this evening.
Shortly before 5pm three to four men, one believed to be armed, entered the premises on Main Street and demanded money.
The men then made their getaway with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Gardaí later found a car burnt out on the road to Monaghan three miles away from the scene.
No one was injured in the raid.
