AIB today announced its annual general meeting originally scheduled for Belfast is now to be held in Dublin on Wednesday April 25th at noon.
The bank said in a statement today the venue was changed in accordance with official guidelines on the prevention of foot-and-mouth disease.
The meeting will be held in AIB's headquarters at Bankcentre, Ballsbridge Dublin 4.
