London - Self-confessed spy Ms Melita Norwood (87) was facing the prospect of prosecution yesterday after British Home Secretary Mr Jack Straw said papers in the case against her were being re-examined.
Mr Straw said an earlier decision not to prosecute Mrs Norwood, codenamed agent Hola, was being reviewed in the light of her comments since she was exposed as a spy.
