Neufchateau - Up to 6,000 people marched here yesterday to hold the Belgian government to its promise to overhaul the legal system following a botched investigation into the rape and murder of children. Led by parents of the victims, the gathering commemorated the "White March" of October 20th, 1996, which saw 325,000 Belgians walk silently through Brussels to protest at the handling of the case.
