London - The British Prime Minister has received more than 3,500 letters on the subject of lowering the age of homosexual consent to 16, with the large majority opposed to the move. Mr Tony Blair said in a Commons written reply that the letters, received since the country's general election, have all been acknowledged by Downing Street.
