CALCUTTA - Two drunken men were mauled to death by a tiger at a zoo here yesterday, starting a stampede by horrified onlooker that left up to 200 people injured, officials said.
The tiger attacked the two men, both in their 20s, after they jumped a high iron fence into its enclosure and tried to drape a garland of flowers around its neck, the Forest Minister, Mr Bonomali Rai, said.
