A building collapsed on the outskirts of New Delhi today, rescue workers said. Media reports said 15 people were trapped in the rubble.
Emergency workers said the building, which was still being constructed, had collapsed, but had no details on people trapped.
However, the CNN-IBN news channel reported that 15 construction workers were inside.
