Carlow-born photographer Siobhan Doran has had a print from her exhibition Savoy: The Restoration, selected for this summer’s Royal Academy Summer Show (RASS). The piece shows the metal typeface of the Savoy Grill before it was removed for restoration. Notable pieces in her show include photographs of the Thames Foyer and the Royal Suite with the London Eye visible through one of its windows.
Each is available as a limited stepped edition in two sizes: 750mm by 590mm, at around £500 each, unframed; and 1200mm by 925mm, unframed, at £1,750. Savoy: The Restoration runs until Wednesday, June 20th at 81 Leonard Street. siobhandoran.com
