Marley View is a new development of spacious apartments set on a well-landscaped site on Ballinteer Avenue, Dublin 14, within easy reach of Rathfarnham and Dundrum.

Hooke & MacDonald are the selling agents and prices for two-bedroom apartments start at £185,000 (€234,901). The development is being built by Dorville Construction - which has carried out some notable residential developments in Dublin, including De Vesci House, Monks town; St John's in Sandymount; and Cairn Hill in Foxrock.

In all, there will be 100 apartments in Marley View, 50 of which have already been sold off the plans. There are 35 apartments available at this launch.

The majority of the apartments will be two-bedroom units, but there are a limited number of one and three-bedrooms available. Three one-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 500 to 550 sq ft will cost from £155,000 (€196,809). There are three three-bedroom apartments with 1,000 sq ft of space, with prices from £240,000 (€304,737).

Also going on the market are 29 two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 850 to 950 sq ft. Prices start at £185,000 (€234,901). All prices include car spaces.

The accommodation is generously proportioned and there are many attractive design features throughout.

The floor-to-ceiling bay windows, with great views across to the Dublin mountains from the back units or views of the city centre at the front, will be a big selling point. Most of the apartments have paved balconies large enough to accommodate table and chairs.

Each apartment has a storage closet off the hall and fitted wardrobes. The Shaker-style kitchens are large with separate dining areas. The living areas feature fireplaces with light oak surrounds and slate insets with provision for electric fires.
