Pollock Estate Agents of Omagh says there is major interest in the sale of a six-acre development site near the town centre. Tenders for the site closed on Monday with the agents expecting the site to fetch in excess of £2.2 million.
The site on Sedan Avenue is being sold by the Tyrone Farming Society, which is relocating its show-grounds.
