On the move

DTZ Sherry FitzGerald has appointed Jerome O'Connor as director with specific responsibility for its rapidly growing property management department.

Prior to his move to DTZ Sherry FitzGerald he worked with Savills HOK. He also previously worked with Mason Owen & Lyons.

Knight Frank Ganly Walters has expanded its investment team with the addition of two new staff members to its commercial investment property department.

Chartered surveyor Ciara Horgan has been appointed senior investment surveyor. She joins the company from Lisney where she dealt with the UK investment market. She previously spent over two years with Knight Frank in London working on the Irish commercial investment desk.

Aaron Sherlock has also joined Knight Frank Ganly Walters as an investment surveyor. He previously worked as a wealth management executive with GlobalReach Securities in Dublin.

Commercial property consultancy Atisreal Ireland has announced the appointment of Jacqueline Kidney. She joins the company as a surveyor in the property management department from Wyse Estates where she was a branch manager.

Also new at Atisreal is Jeremy McDermott. He joins Atisreal from CBRE and will be working as a senior property manager. Prior to CBRE Jeremy worked with Lambert Smith Hampton and Mason Owen & Lyons.

Meanwhile Mannion Auctioneers is on the move. After 15 years at its Dawson Street address the agency has moved over the bridge to new loft-style offices at 149 Lower Leeson Street.
