Stephen Murray of Jones Lang Wootton expects that a new rent level may be set in Cork's main shopping thoroughfare when he lets the former Guinness sales office at 86 Patrick Street. A rent of over £80,000 is expected for the three-storey double-fronted building, which has 3,275 sq ft, including 1,345 at ground floor level. Zone A rents in Patrick Street generally range between £85 and £100 per sq ft. Cohalan Downing are joint agents.
