Apartments and duplexes near the French Alps are being offered for sale on the Irish market through Irish-based investment company Sale And Leaseback.
Residence Grenoble, left, is a scheme of 80 sale and leaseback back tourist and business apartments in Grenoble, near the Swiss border. Grenoble is south-east of Lyon and 60 km from the French Alps.
Prices range from €92,000 to €160,00 for studio and one-bed duplex apartments from 20-28sq m (215-301sq ft).
Management company Gestrim Campus is quoting a guaranteed return of 4.7-5.05 per cent for nine years.
