Last unit in Galway park put on the market

THE last remaining unit in the Galway Retail Park has been released for sale through Terry Cunningham in Galway. The building will have a floor area of 11,000 square feet but could be expanded to 22,000 square feet. The retail park has been one of the major development successes in Galway in recent years. Around 150,000 square feet of retail buildings are already occupied and the anchor tenants include Woodies, a seven-screen Omniplex cinema and a McDonald's restaurant.
